On the 30th November, MBZ Churros had a stand in the Cocktail Exhibition Supplies area at the AEDH (Spanish Association of Hotel Directors) gala dinner.
MBZ launched its machine which is designed to produce churros that are cooked in an instant, without producing any smoke or strong smells: everyone who attended was able to try the churros with a selection of savoury products such as ham, some cheese sauces and pâté.
Churros are traditionally thought of as a breakfast product which is served with a mug of hot chocolate, however our churro is made in such a way that it can be the perfect accompaniment to savoury dishes, to which everyone at our stand at the dinner can attest.
